Convert Euler angles to rotation matrix.
- Args:
euler: Euler angles [roll, pitch, yaw] in radians (3,) array seq: Sequence of rotations (‘xyz’, ‘zyx’, etc.). Default is ‘xyz’
- Returns:
Rotation matrix (3, 3) array
